Delivery choices and charges for a US order are confirmed at checkout after the destination is entered.

Order and carrier timing

After payment is successfully authorized, we generally prepare an order in 1–2 business days. Carrier transit begins after dispatch and is estimated at 4–6 business days. Weekends, applicable holidays and carrier disruptions are outside those business-day estimates.

Address accuracy and parcel issues

Please check the street, unit, city, state and ZIP code before completing checkout. For delayed tracking, a missing delivery or transit damage, email arlenewitt131@gmail.com with the order number and tracking details. Keep the package and useful photos for a damage review.
