When should my order arrive?

Allow about 1–2 business days for processing after payment authorization, followed by an estimated 4–6 business days in transit after dispatch.

May I return an unused item?

Yes. Defective and non-defective new merchandise may be returned, and exchanges are accepted. Start the request within 30 calendar days after delivery; a non-defective item must be unused and in original condition.

How is a return sent?

Approved returns travel by mail using the free prepaid label included in the parcel. There is no restocking fee. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 10 days, although posting can take longer.
